I will only accept the business's response under these conditions: that the bushes be replaced by September 2, The business has had adequate time to find a landscaping company to have the plants put inOn July 31, Kevin *** said the company had purchased the plantsHis texts from that day state:"Haven't forgot about you, I'm trying to pull the tools togetherThis isn't something I normally doSorry about the wait." At 6:pm that evening he texted "Got everything together and will be coming to knock them out." He never showed up, he never called and now it is the 16th of AugustI have tried to get him to get these replaced since the end of May, he has had plenty time to do thisI went ahead and removed all the river rock, that won't have to be doneI will be okay with not replacing one of the bushes, it is not perfect but I will cut it to make presentableThat means ONLY TWO bushes need to be replacedI will put mulch down instead of river rock, no one will have to do thatI am going out of my way to make this as easy for them as possible, I had previously let this business know that I was preparing my house to put on the market and cannot wait any longer to have the work completedThis is more that fair to the business and it would be wise for them to accept these conditions for completion

Kevin M and his crew did an outstanding job cleaning up the disgusting, smelly mess left by my former tenants. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone!
