In regards to the complaint I will first say that we are working on solving the AC unit issueI had the AC company come on Tuesday 25th to do the annual serviceThey found a lick and they fixed it, later on it the AC went down again so my realtor met with the AC company again and they will replace the condenserThis past week by realtor has been working with the AC company and my renter [redacted] since I was out of townI am doing everything we can to get it fixedHer apartment never got over degrees.I keep my house at so it is hard for me to pay extra money to get the service person over the weekend when the apartment is at the same temperature that my housePlease let me know if is a real concern but regardless of that I was happy to send the service person and I did the first day they call me back after calling them on the 21st, a day after [redacted] called meJust like her note/complain says, I have a total of units and I never had any issue [redacted] has been paying on time but in the years of her tenure I had to replace a brand new AC unit, I bought this apartment brand new so she was the first person living in the apartmentyears ago I replaced the brand new unit with another brand new unit and now we have the same issueI have to send for service every year due to the abusive use of the ACWhen I checked on her apartment she keeps the AC running constantly well under degreesThis unit is on the second floor and has a lot of windows so in order to keep this apartments below when we have degrees outside is almost impossibleMy realtor just told me that when she checked on the apartment last week after the lick was fixed she had the AC unit and a window unit running and it was degrees in the houseI am more than happy to help but I believe that her abusive used could be causing the breaking down on the AC unitPlease feel free to call me or email me if you need more detailsThanks

Her apartment never got over 75 degrees.I keep my house at 75 so it is hard for me to pay extra money to get the service person over the weekend when the apartment is at the same temperature that my house. Please let me know if 75 is a real concern but regardless of that I was happy to send the service person and I did the first day they call me back after calling them on the 21st, a day after [redacted] called me. [redacted] has been paying on time but in the 4 years of her tenure I had to replace a brand new AC unit, I bought this apartment brand new so she was the first person living in the apartment. 2 years ago I replaced the brand new unit with another brand new unit and now we have the same issue. I have to send for service every year due to the abusive use of the AC. When I checked on her apartment she keeps the AC running constantly well under 70 degrees. This unit is on the second floor and has a lot of windows so in order to keep this apartments below 70 when we have 105 degrees outside is almost impossible. My realtor just told me that when she checked on the apartment last week after the lick was fixed she had the AC unit and a window unit running and it was 66 degrees in the house.
