Mr [redacted] is inaccurate in his information It was clear to Mr [redacted] the warranty was only one year when he acknowledged it in the email attached which was dated 11/15/2016, which as you see in the email was a warranty claim, after the project was finished It would have been work in progress had the project still been going on It is clear Mr [redacted] acknowledges the work was a warranty item he was requesting at the time, he acknowledges he short paid the original contract and he acknowledges he understood the warranty period clearly ASG has no fault to Mr ***, we have and will continue to honor contracts and warranty agreements for clients in good standing and we have the highest regard for contracts and commitments to clients, that is why, even though Progeneration did not honor their commitment to payment in full, they did not obtain the long term warranty, which was available to them per the service agreement and they were aware of the warranty period as it was clearly stated in the attached service agreement which was signed by Mr [redacted] prior to the work commencing We spoke with Progeneration staff, we explained to them the warranty and we even repaired their equipment even though they were in breach of the original contract, which is for $158k We did everything we could to go above and beyond, like we do for all our clients and we wish my [redacted] the best in his future engagements but we do not have any further relationship with he or Progenerations
