DON'T USE THEM! I have emailed them a couple of times asking for your resume but haven't heard back It was scheduled to be done on September 15th and still haven't received it They are scammers I'm going to report them to PayPal

Review: I paid $145 for a resume expedited package on 7/12/2013 and have received nothing from the Resume Chick. Despite multiple attempts at an update request they will not even answer my email requests.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $145

Review: ASG marketing, also know as the Resume Chick, did not and does not fulfill on their service. They charged my credit card for a resume service and went silent, with no delivery at all of any product or service I paid for. Several others have been scammed by them as well. Review: Wife, used service to get resume, which has never been received, have email them at least 8 times, to include each of the last 4 days in arrow, with no response, I have contacted PayPal and made a complaint. We understand that we will most likely never see or 85 dollars again, but I hope making this complaint they are not allowed to continue to steal from anyone.\

Nice glade I could defend for my country for over 20 years to be taken by someone in my own back yard, Shame on You.

Review: I emailed this company about writing a resume for me. I asked specifically if she was sure she could get it done and was told yes. I sent payment on 11/4/13 and got a message saying they received the payment. then on 11/11/13 I got an email saying my resume was scheduled for the 15th. I have not heard from them since or received the resume. I emailed several times and have received no reply.Desired Settlement: I want an apology and refund. Also, they really should not continue to take advantage of people. they are working under Phoenixresumewriter but the payment went to ASG marketing inc.

Review: Saw their great website online for a complete resume package - resume, cover letter, reference sheet. Ordered online and immediately got a response with a questionnaire which asked me to detail my background for the resume and cover letter. I understood there was a 5-7 day turnaround. I completed the questionnaire, along with sending my previous resumes. That was the last I heard from them. Ten days later, I send one email inquiring about my resume package. No response. I send a second email a day later. No response. I go back on the original website where I ordered the resume package where they supposedly have a live chat for questions. No response. I finally sent a request through their contact us form and finally got a response from [redacted] saying that "Judy", was no longer with them...unforeseen circumstances. She claims that I will have my completed resume package by Tuesday, 14 days after I ordered it. After I did an online investigation, I have seen numerous complaints against Olivia, Judy, New York Resume Chick, turns out they are some sort of franchise and they have been running this scam for awhile.Desired Settlement: It's time to put whoever is behind this out of business. I have already reported them to PayPal, now here. I just hope other people don't get burned.

Review: On June 20, I paid via credit card through [redacted] the sum of $150 to ASG Marketing to engage the services of a [redacted] to provide a complete resume writing service including resume, cover letter, thank you letter, and reference list.I notified this [redacted] via email [redacted]the last week of June that I had not received any questions for additional information she needed to develop my resume and I asked her to have these questions resent to me. I have yet not received any request from [redacted] nor from ASG Marketing regarding any additional information required from me to have my resume drafted.Today, I sent [redacted] an email requesting the $150 back that I paid because I have never received any additional required informational questions nor have I been able to contact anyone at ASG Marketing at the corporate phone number provided at [redacted] The ASG Marketing telephone number simply goes into voicemail....I have left my telephone number and name and asked to have someone call me back about this issue....to date, no one from ASG Marketing has returned my phone calls.I informed [redacted] in my email today that if I did not receive a notice of credit back to my credit card in the amount of $150 that I was going to commence legal action for fraud. (I have never received any request for additional information required from [redacted] or ASG Marketing and hence I do not have any work product for the $150 paid.)I received back a nasty email from [redacted] that I should proceed with legal action and that she will simply sit put on this matter. No apology was provided for the lack of delivery of the purported required additional information nor any offer of resolution.Desired Settlement: At this point I do not trust that the work product paid for will actually ever be delivered due to the non-response to date. Since no work product has yet been delivered and [redacted] email to me stated that she could not write the resume unless she had the additional information back, which I have yet to receive, it is more than fair than my credit card be refunded the $150 paid [redacted]

The product she delivered was not satisfactory in my opinion. I also had a few people review the document and they were shocked at how it was written. I have tried to contact the agent listed above with three different emails and there has been no response at this time. I have been holding off on applying for job opportunities using the inferior document that was delivered. On the website, they claim that they will revise and change portions at request within 30 days, but no one responds to my concerns in order to perform a re-write. I suspect they will wait 30 days, contact me, then ask for another fee because it is out of "warranty". The company claims to allow revision but there is no response from their agent after a week.Desired Settlement: I will accept two possible outcomes, either deliver a professional service as you indicate on the website or refund me the purchase price of the service.

Review: I googled "resume writer - Portland Maine" and found the site: www.theresumechick.com. The site made it seem that I was dealing with an individual, [redacted] who was local ( an email address of [redacted]. I inquired about how to get started and was instructed to place an order for the services I wanted. I did so and paid immediately via "paypal", which was the only option for payment. That was on October 12, 2013. I have not heard from "resume chick since, despite having sent a couple of email inquiries.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $110.
