A gentlemen name Mr. Osby(?) called me yesterday and I asked him to not call my job and I told him I would call him the following day. He stated that he removed my work number. I did not have time to call this morning because I am in a rush getting my children to school. I am being harassed at work by this company. He then called me again this morning at work after I told him not to call my job. I have already provided this company with my payment information but because I missed a payment they are now harassing me multiple times a day. I work at a hospital and this type of harassment is not allowed.
This account is no longer in our office. It was returned to the client on 9/20/2019. Since that date we no longer have access to the file. It is in a restricted status. The client must have placed at next agency for collections. We also do not have any male personnel in our office and no one by the name the consumer listed.
