Ash Appliance Repair

Ash Appliance is TERRIBLE. I have been waiting for my Refrigerator to be repaired since 05/06/15. They came out on that date but said I needed a part. The came out again with the part on 05/16/15, still no repair. They said it needed another part, it still would not work. They came out two more times following two weeks with different parts and my refrigerator is still not working. I have been without a refrigerator since May 06th. Today is June 11th, way over a month without a refrigerator and they called me to say that ANOTHER PART will be in on 06/15th but they could not put it in until June 17th. I am so frustrated and angry with this company. I feel they should have given me another refrigerator by now and why is it that they have to order parts that they do not have in their store? Very Terrible business and service.
