Company inaccurately installed chimney cap, left mortar on the roof, and was negligent in repairing the cap, or cleaning the mortar
The company was here, and installed a liner in one chimney, completely closed off two chimneys and installed a cap on two other chimneysAfter performing the work, there was mortar left on the back porch, mortar left on the roof, and no verification that the correct material was used to completely close off the two chimneys Additionally, after continual discussions with the company to clean up their mess (i.e., back on the roof - which is not good for a metal roof), the one cap is now falling off (months after install) This company is difficult to deal with, does not return phone calls in a timely manner, and does not address poor work I am requesting that a note be made of this company's poor work quality, inability to verify material used, and poor customer service I would like to find a refund of payment, and find another company who can pe
