At this time, I have had direct contact with Ash Business Services Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I had been in contact with the business and confirmed that my taxes were not filed, due to what was reported as a software problem with the businesses e-filing system I was advised to mail printed copies of the taxes (which I have mailed.)
