Review: I ordered a Genoa Plant Stand on June 8, 2013. Beginning on July 3, I have repeatedly contacted the business as to the status of my order. I received one reply on July 8. Review: I purchased an item of garden statuary from said business back in April. The item did not arrive until May 14th 2014 and upon opening the product was damaged and unusable. I immediately took photos and sent them (the same day) by email to their address. Their phone number goes immediately to voicemail.

I heard nothing and re-sent message on 04/28/14. I heard back that same day to say they received the images and would be processing a claim with FedEx and would get back to me as soon as FedEx responded.

Since then Ive had no response from them. I have given them ample time in between emails when I have appealed for a response, a replacement and finally a refund but never any reply. I have kept all of my email correspondence if required.

My last email was to ask again for a refund by the end of a specified time frame or I would be reporting them to Revdex.com. Again not a word from them. In researching a way to contact them other than the listed number I have seen numerous complaints against them for similar disputes.

Review: Ordered an item from them and they charged my card for the item. I have contacted them through email several times asking them about where my item is and they have not returned any emails. Found their number online and its a mailbox system that is full & cant leave a message. Soon I will be disputing the charges through my credit card company.Desired Settlement: Since this company is probably a scam I want my money back

Review: Ordered product online. Company sent order conformation number # [redacted]9 and charged my bank account for total amount due. Company stated delivery would be within two weeks. It has been one month and still have not received order. I've made several attempts (10), to contact the company via e-mail and telephone, with no response.Desired Settlement: Kaviiks Accents should deliver order or return my money. This purchase was made for a birthday present for my wife, she has been looking forward to it's arrival!

Review: I placed an order with this company on July 16th, 2013. The website indicated to allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. After that time had elapsed, I sent an email to customer service requesting the status of my order - no response. I sent another email, and another, and another, for a total of four emails to customer service - no response to any of them. Nearly seven weeks have now passed. In the meantime, my credit card had been charged for this purchase. Although there is no phone number listed anywhere on their website, I came up with a phone number through an online search. I called the phone number and left a voice mail - no response. Considering that my order has never been shipped and the company does not respond to my inquiries, I am requesting to have the purchase refunded on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the full purchase to be made to my credit card.

Review: I ordered an item from Ash Decor back on December 12th and paid for the item in full upon ordering. On January 5th, I followed up on the order because I had not received any update. I did not receive any response so I sent another inquiry on January 20th - again, no response. I sent another inquiry on January 22nd and received a reply on January 26th that a new mold was being made for the item I ordered and it would ship in 10 days. I was also told I would receive an update from their representative, [redacted], confirming the mold was being made and the item would indeed ship in the 10 days. I did not hear back from [redacted] by January 30th, so I send an email asking for an update on the mold and shipping. I received no reply. I sent additional emails on February 10th with no reply and again on February 16th with no reply. In my last email on February 27th I requested that my order be cancelled and a full refund be provided to me in the form of a check, since I had paid for the item using a credit card that was no longer valid. To date (3/6) I still have received no reply from the company on my order, the cancellation or my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $93.90 which is what I paid to the company for the product I have never received.

Review: I placed an order on 1/28/15. I have never heard a word other than receiving an order confirmation number. I followed back up and asked for an update and when would my items be shipped. Still no response. I have tried to find a phone number for this company but they do not list a phone number. My order confirmation number they sent me was

I should have rec'd confirmation by now that the order was shipped, the item is out of stock, etc. Very shady that the business does not list a phone number to contact them.
