Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast

To whom this may concern,
I stayed at the Ashmill Farm Bed & Breakfast in the *** on 2/14/2020 before arriving all contact had been pleasant. I had chosen that particular room because of the privacy and hot tube offered. When we arrived there the room was freezing so we put the heat on and went for a bite to eat so the room had a chance to heat up. After coming back & seeing it wasn't much warmer I tried to put the fireplace on which wasn't working. Then when I went to fill the hot tube (in bending over to turn the knobs I noticed you can see right in the french doors through the space between the wall and curtains) so I went to close the blinds which were also broken & stuck in the up position, at this point I was cold tired and aggravated so we just got into bed and I wish it stopped there. During the night I felt something hard and kind of pointy on my leg, it was dead ladybugs. I couldn't believe it. It was about 4am and maybe 20 degrees out so we pulled the covers back over the bed and finished the night seeing on top of the covers and left first thing in the morning. I reached out to the person who I had been dealing with immediately and heard nothing back. I send him photos and explained how upset and disappointed I was. Still nothing. I finally in my 3rd or 4th email told him I was contacting the Revdex.com & calling my credit card company. After that he responded blaming me for not just telling him while I was there and how frustrating customers like me are to him. That was the last I heard from Jon from Ashmill Farm. Please help me with this matter. I think its incredibly unfair to charge over 300 dollars a night for a room they didn't have the decency to check before the guest arrive.
