[redacted] checked in to one of our True Casual Beach HousesWe have Luxury beach Houses and True Beach Houses with The Joyce being one of the most romantic Casual True Beach HousesWe have a handy man on staff that would at any point come to the beach house and install the air conditioners that were sitting in a closet in the houseWe have never had AC in this house before since no one ever asked tothe house is nestled in a dune with many treesits kept cool but the last couple of years we decided to make a window unit available for June-Aug just in caseWe are not sure why [redacted] waited to leave (only staying hours) to say these things that could have been handled asapWe have so many happy great reviews on this beach houseWe are sorry She Felt this way

False advertising and rude business replies and unwillingness at its best.In this day and age, false advertising is not something that is tolerated. Posting photos to your site showing things that were admittedly absent is not going to go over very well.Could have, should have, would have. That's what I see in the reply.
