I went above and beyond for them for other issues as well ie; fixing refrigerator issueI tried my very best to help them with everythingI believe I did thermostatsThe heaters are from [redacted] they are marked, you have to take the screw out to see themThey have drafts in their home, so I had to instruct her to raise the heatWhoever put in the floor years ago left drafts in the floor, they just heat needs to be kept raised to keep this warm
