Terrible service from management I ordered a couch in September with a 8-week lead time The couch has been backordered several times now and was finally attempted to be delivered in mid-January Ashbrook ordered the wrong setup and had one of the arms facing teh wrong direction so now it will be another 8-weeks assuming no further delays They refuse to give further compensation for this additional 2-months delay that was their admitted fault Their management, Dino and Josh especially, have been terrible to deal with and are almost completely unresponsive and have yet to get back to me within their timelines once I have to chase them down to even get them to acknowledge me Terrible experience, have been lied to and given partial truths throughout the process and will take me about months to finally get my couch from them

They refuse to give further compensation for this additional 2-3 months delay that was their admitted fault.
