that the ac didn't work in room [redacted]I purchased a room at ashburn inn an when I was in the room the ac was not working went down to let the attended know about it she tell me to wait outside of the office while her an a young man goes an fix it this happen at 12:00am takes them twenty minutes to return back to say theres nothing wrong with the air.They didn't want to give me another room are return my money.talked to the owner she say that there was nothing she could do cause they have a ten minutes refund policy so I explained to her that the air went out an that I was treated with no respect never was offered anything the problem happen on 9/7/14 I paid 45.00 in cash.I go to talk to the manager in person about the problem come to find out that the attendant lives at the motel an the maintenance guy was unlicensed worker that lives out at the motel so when I find all this out it made me feel as if they running a business with no kind of professional help neither do they have license workers to even determine if the ac was working properly. The company over all needs to be inspected Desired SettlementI would like for them to return my money cause I work to hard for my money for someone to treat me with know kind of respect an take from me.
