Review: I hired [redacted] during an urgent issue with water under my crawl space. The urgency was explained to Mr. [redacted]. We agreed upon a price and I paid him half up-front for the materials. He kept missing deadlines and would not return my calls. Only after I threatened to take him to court did he come and finish the installation, which he failed to do according to our agreement as he left the drain pipe above ground rather than buried because he waited so long the ground froze. He also had cleanup and final closure of the excavation site left, which he said he would be back the next day to finish. I paid him the rest of the money, which was a mistake on my part. He again failed to answer his phone, the one time I got him he said he would be out that day to finish up, but he hasn't come. It has now been two weeks and several phone calls. I don't have the equipment to finish the cleanup and I don't know where the drip lines he pulled up need to go back to. I want him to come and complete his job as agreed. I had my son clean up as much as we could because the back yard was a mess how he left it.Desired Settlement: Finish the cleanup, replace the drip lines, close up the dig site, haul off dirt not required, repair the planter box, bring in rock the same size as the planter area and cover the drain pipe as it wasn't buried as agreed, bring in pea gravel the same size as between the houses to mitigate the mud and restore back to original condition as agreed.
