This contractor was nigh impossible to get in touch with - they rarely answered their phone, and almost never returned phone calls. They ordered replacement parts but never called to schedule an installation appointment once the parts were received, and when an appointment was eventually scheduled, they failed to keep the appointment - in one instance, twice in a row. We engaged the services of Ashcraft via a home warranty company, and have requested that they not assign any of our service requests to Ashcraft in the future. I would never recommend Ashcraft to anyone.
