I am very disappointed with their customer serviceI had ordered the wrong version of their product and simply asked if they could switch it outThey declined to swap my items indicating they had already shipped which is fine I and I understood that I made the mistake on my orderThey did offer that I could return the items; however, when my shipment arrived one of the items was back orderedNo e-mail notificationThey must have REALLY NOT checked on changing any items from my order as requestedI waited a week and then requested again they substitute the back ordered item with an item they do have in stock and have not received a replyI recommended them to a friend, but will now tell her, and everyone else I know, I changed my mind about you this companyI am extremely disappointed
