offered the customer a $150 discount for a more expensive table. She didn’t want it. Then we offered the smaller one to be picked up by the freight company the next day and send her the size she wanted. She told us she would hold on to the big one until the smaller one is picked up. Customer was very angry because we told her we had to have the wrong delivery picked up first.
