I purchased my fiancé's wedding band from this jewelry company!! Big mistake! Dealing with this company turned a very happy time for him and I into a very negative experience We worked with a sales associate by the name of Sam L She lied to my fiancé and I by telling us that we had days to return a ring that we ordered in yellow gold
Once the ring actually arrived into the store, the ring did not look anything like the ring we ordered! At that point, I asked to return the ring! I was told at that time to come back the next day when management would be available HOW CONVENIENT!!! So I came back two days later to be told the manager would be out of town until two more days!! At that point I just wanted my money back
The same sales associate that sold the ring, SAM L., apparently knew the return policy very well that day! We were then told that the ring was a special order item and that we could not return the ring at all!!!! By the way, that was the first time it was mentioned that it was a special order item!!! So, to make a long story short, despite me asking her 2-times about the return policy when purchasing the ring, I was lied to and deceived into purchasing the ring!!!
So, now, every time I look at this ring, I will constantly be reminded of how I was bullied into keeping this ring that didn't even look like the original purchase that I made!!
Save yourself time and money!! Shop at a more reputable jewelry store PLEASE!!
