I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
On 5/26/MrAshe stated "your payment to me was a standard in the industrySome won't return it, however I will" Would refund $on 5/28/cash or check, but would not give me a timeMrAshe would not respond to any of my phone calls, only through ***On 5/28/Mr Ashe DID NOT refund any of my deposit as he previously stated he wouldMaterials were never purchased, work was not initiatedWant full refund of $I, of course, have copies of all correspondence made with MrAshe
