The parts needed to fix [redacted] dryer were on a factory back order from the manufacturer, that is the reason for the delay in repairing her unit [redacted] did not have of the parts that are needed to sell to me I contacted the retail store that she purchased the dryer from years ago and have asked them to try to assist on their end Due to the age of the dryer, [redacted] is not willing to exchange it for a new one at this time As of yesterday, 6/17/15, I had received word from [redacted] that I will be receiving those parts on Monday 6/22/ Ms [redacted] was contacted yesterday and told this information and scheduled an appointment to install those parts on Tuesday 6/23/15, at her convenience
