We spoke with a representative of this company on Sat.March 12,about a belt for our mowerWe were told that they could order one and that it would be here Wednesday March 16th and they would give us a callOn SatMarch 19th we called them after hearing nothingTheir response when questioned about the belt was that it would be here next weekWhen asked if they had even ordered the belt, they replied NO! it would cost too much to order just a belt and that I wouldn't want to pay the costWhen asked why they did not make us aware of this ahead of time they got very rudeTold me I could go somewhere elseWhen I relayed to them that I would be making a review of their company that wouldn't be positive, they once again were rude and said "do what you got to do,that's your right" and hung upPoor customer service speaks volumes of a businessWill not ever use or recommend
