Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: A lot of what the company is saying is untrue We were only told time we weren't prepped correctly They've never been here weekly because they said they won't come for weeks The manager at the time who is no longer with this company finally came up and saw what the pest control okaysWe've asked the office to come and see what we are doing, and no one comes up to look We are still living in bags til this dayWe've been dying this since NovemberAs far as the heat treatment, I called the property manager to verify all I needed to doI did as I was told.then you guys tell me I wad only prepped 30%? Where did you guys get this percentage? Did you guys come see it? If I was under prepped why is it that NO ONE CALLED TO NOTIFY ME? THIS IS THE FIRST I'VE EVER HEARD OF THISYOU GUYS ARE JUST TRYING TO HIDE WHAT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR MONTHSI'VE COMPLAINED TO THE OFFICE SINCE THEN AND THEY KERO SENDING THE SAME PEOPLE EVEN THE COMMUNITY MANAGER SAID HERSELF SHE WAS UPSET AT THE FACT THAT THEY OKAY EVERYTHINGSHE SAID HERSELF THAT THIS COMPANY WILL NO LIBRE DO ANY SERVICES DUE TO THISI've complained that this is ridiculous that it'll take this long when everyone keeps saying that it's not a big issueI have dealt with the community manager for monthsBefore I took over my husband didAnd the stories always changeNo one took the time to seriously look at the issue on handThis should've been a red flag for the manager as this has been going on for over monthsI'm sick and tired of not being able to live my lifeI pay for this apartment and we can't even sleep peacefullyNo peace of mind no nothingThere was poor communication with managementI deserve better and I'm a paying customer and you guys won't do anything to make your tenants feel like their home is their homeSo NO I do not agree with what this company is sayingIt's unfair what has been doneWe deserve better than this Sincerely, [redacted] ***

As of March 14th, Asher Investments no longer owns this propertyWe have made aware the new Owner/Management company about this situationAsher Investments tried to resolve this issue approving and paying for the "Heat Treatment" but apparently the resident was still not ready when the treatment was schedule to be performed

I am rejecting this response because: By the apartment Manager at that time all I needed to do was get everything that would melt out of the apartmentLeave all toys and clothes out and hungSo how dare you say what you say when I was told by the property manager that that's all I had to do I don't care if you were bought out, this happened when Asher was the property owner You keep saying that we weren't prepped right, but who are you to tell us that? We were only told ONCE that we weren't and we fixed thatWe have asked the office to come upstairs and look at what we are doing and no one did. As far as the heat treatment was concerned, it took you guys months to figure that outAfter numerous complaints to the office, nothing was doneWe have spoken to the property manager on a weekly basis and kept telling her why does she keep paying for something that isn't workingHeat treatment was the last resort because it cost so muchThat came from herBUT if they took the correct approach it wouldn't have lasted this longI'm sick and tired of your company trying to put the blame back on the residentYour management office communication is the biggest problemNo one does anything until it gets worseThen blame the other person for their negligenceI paid my rent, I paid my billsI lived in bags for months for something that you guys take the cheap route to try and resolve and it didn'tMy apartment was not a homeFor months we've lost sleep, we've been bit, we wash clothes every week because they keep telling us not to open anything, but we also need to go to work and schoolWhat your doing is wrong

This issue began on November 13, We did an inspection at the request of the resident and found evidenceWe sent out a comprehensive treatment prep sheet and began treatments on November 16, We continued to treat every week, and on multiple occasions were told by the pest control
technician that they were not fully preppedBoth managers conveyed this information to each of the residents and gave additional prep sheetsResident was made aware that without complete prep, the issue cannot be eradicatedAfter months of unsuccessful treatments, a heat treatment was scheduled for March 10, and a heat treatment prep sheet was sent to resident twice before treatmentOn March 11, 2016, I received a call from the heat treatment company, stating that the resident had only completed roughly 30% of prep required for proper treatmentAdditional chemical treatment is scheduled for today, March 14, All peripheral apartments will be inspected and preventatively treated as well Any additional paperwork for this claim is available upon request

We've asked the office to come and see what we are doing,  and no one comes up to look.  We are still living in bags til this day. We've been dying this since November. I pay for this apartment and we can't even sleep peacefully. No peace of mind no nothing. There was poor communication with management. I deserve better and I'm a paying customer and you guys won't do anything to make your tenants feel like their home is their home. So NO I do not agree with what this company is saying. It's unfair what has been done. We deserve better than this.
