Asheville Seamless Gutters and Home Solutions

In January 2020 we had an unfavorable experience with Daniel Q, owner of Asheville Seamless Gutters and Home Solutions LLC. We found this company to be untrustworthy.
Our complaints are as follows:
An estimated five-day job continued on for three weeks because employees either arrived late in the day or not at all. We were quoted a price for an "installed" sump pump. However, upon job completion & request for payment by Mr. Q, we discovered that it was not connected to electricity or plumbed for drainage. "Installed" apparently did not mean "operational" although there was never any discussion about this. Mr. Q also told us that the new gutters & leaf guards were completed & requested payment in full. However, we discovered that only approximately one quarter of the leaf guards had actually been installed. In addition, there was poor clean up on the job site with splattered cement left on the drywall and debris and cigarette butts left lying in the yard.

In November 2019 I contracted with Daniel Q at Asheville Seamless Gutters and Home Solutions LLC to replace my old gutters and add a new gutter on a covered porch I had just built. His estimate was 1645.00 dollars Per his advice I agreed to add a concrete drain system in front of the garage with grates on top He disconnect an existing 4? black drain pipe that was working and draining fine across the driveway and rerouted the existing drain into the grated drain line he ran in front of the garage He then via a 'T? connected the new 4? drain pipe from the new front porch gutters into that system I paid an extra 1150.00 dollars for this for a total of 2795.00 dollars Since installation the water from the new and existing pipe has NOT drained into the concrete grated system and a copious amount of water keeps backing up against my house I have sent videos and pictures to Daniel asking him to come and fix this major problem I have gotten nothing but excuses and silence I am again waiting today for him to show as he promised and has not If Daniel is not going to fix it (and apparently he isn't) I would like the 1150.00 that I paid refunded
