Ms. [redacted]'s apartment had flooded several times due to the heavy amount of rain that we experienced. We let her out of her lease on June 17, 2015 and fully refunded her deposit plus her pro-rated rent amount for June. The property...
management terminated her lease with no penalties or fees.

They did not fully refund me, the property manager specifically said I would get the whole month of rent that I paid because it was not liveable according to the City of Thornton. I got half of what I paid! They also stated that it wasn't because of rain on why it flooded they stated it was a broken pipe. They lie to everyone trying to cover their [redacted].
