I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn regards to the landlords' response, please see added notes "Because, we have been left the responsibility for some utility bills after tenants have vacated, we have a waiting period of 3-months for all bills to be submitted before returning a security deposit." RESPONSE - ALL UTILITY BILLS FOR THIS UNIT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL TO INCLUDE POWER, WATER, AND CABLE. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH "*** *** *** Regional Water Board" AND THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW THE UNIT TO BE PUT IN MY NAME FOR PAYMENT DUE TO THE LANDLORDS ACCRUED DEBT FROM THE PASTTHEREFORE ALL WATER UTILITIES WERE PAID THROUGH THE LANDLORD. THIS INITIAL CONTACT WAS YEAR AGOALSO, 3-MONTHS FOR ALL BILLS TO BE SUBMITTED - ITS BEEN MONTHS SINCE THE END OF LEASE"In addition, it is our practice to return security deposits only after a thorough review of a vacated apartment, the damages, if any, are assessed and the work is quoted by our contractorWe are still in this process with said unitPlease note enclosed photos taken by our staff after the said tenants vacatedThis work is currently being evaluated." RESPONSE - IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN WHAT NEW YORK STATE CALLS "A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME" TO INSPECT THE UNIT AND RETURN THE SECURITY DEPOSITI WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A DATE OF WHEN THIS INSPECTION WILL BE COMPLETED BY AND ALL EVALUATIONS COMPLIED WITHThe pictures provided in Ashford Management Groups' attachment are of "a unit"No documentation states whether it was the unit in debate or notNowhere in the lease agreement states to displace the appliances and clean behindAttached to this response, you will see documents pertaining to the water billThe cover sheet indicating how much was to be paid TO Ashford Management Group and NOT *** *** *** Regional Water BoardThe second sheet attached is a scanned copy of a DETAILED CUSTOMER INQUIRY from June 16, This document shows how said landlord bills the tenantIt was based on integrity and followed for the extent of the leaseThe third attachment is the FINAL letter mailed from Ashford Management Group to us on October 20, This letter states the guidelines of "move-out procedures"Every step was taken on-time and with 100% compliance Again, I request the exact date of when the unit inspection will be completed and all evaluations resolvedThe main action remains at full re-payment of the security deposit in the amount of $

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Thank you so much for helping out because this landlord has a reputation of not returning security deposits.
