I am rejecting this response because:I have already done thatI am rarely home during business hours, and have already contacted after hours security, whom have told me that unless they can hear it from outside (on the other side of the door) they are unable to do anything about itAlso, they are not allowed to enter any tenants homeTherefore, how am I supposed to show them what I am hearing, if they cannot come inside? Ashford Park's construction was delayed because of the weatherWe have done everything in our power to have the apartments ready by the date we projectedUnfortunately we were not able to move the tenants in as expectedI contacted all of the tenants and explained the situation***

The company (Ashford Park Apartments) has given us our $150 money order back. The $150 refund includes the administrative fee and the deposit.

Dear [redacted],Thank you for letting us know of your ongoing issue that you are having here at Ashford Park. We value our residents and strive to provide a good living experience for all. We have reviewed your concern sent to the Revdex.com regarding the ongoing noise coming from the upstairs...

neighbor and can understand how that would be a nuisance and could interrupt your sleep during the night.  We do not take noise complaints lightly and do everything within our power to put a stop to them should they be verifiable.With ongoing issues such as this one, it is necessary to be able to verify the problem. If this is an issue that is happening during business hours, we recommend that you contact the leasing office and allow us to visit your apartment to be able to hear what exactly it is that you are experiencing. If the issue happens after business hours, we ask that you utilize our after hours courtesy patrol in this same manner.  Once we are able to verify the noise, we will make every effort to determine the cause and to fix if possible. Unfortunately, up to this point, we have not been able to verify any noise issues. We have had several interactions with your upstairs neighbors who deny any ongoing issues and without a firm verification of what you are hearing. Without being able verify any noise, we are not able to pinpoint a source and are currently at a standstill. Again, please understand that we want to help find a resolution to your problem; however, there are limitations as to what we are able to do under the current circumstances. We have reached out to them directly and confirmed with their owner that their officers are allowed to enter an apartment if the resident is present and gives them authorization to do so. I apologize if that is not what has happened in the past when you have called. We have requested the owner follow up with the officers assigned to our community to make sure they are aware that they are able to perform this action. Please utilize their service in this manner and hopefully we can find a resolution to this issue.Kind regards,Ashford Park Management

Review: My name is [redacted]. I have spoken with a legal advisor. He said that Ashford Park is in breach of their contract,by failing to enforce their own after hours policy. I have made countless attempts to have security, management & Sac Pd resolve the situation. My upstairs neighbors continue to run heavy appliances past after hours. Management says they can only send endless notices and refuse to take any action. I work in the laboratory, dealing with patients, needles & test results. It is critical that I get a full nights rest. I, also, have a school age child, that needs to be at school Mon. through Friday, on time. The noise upstairs continues to cause me to oversleep. He has been late to school twice this month. I called my supervisor, in tears, due to lack of sleep. Management acts completely helpless to the situation & is asking for 3 months rent to let me out of my lease. This is completely unacceptable to deny any human being the sleep that is required to function in life. Please help. Thank you, [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want out of my lease without further consequence.
