Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I am not satisfied with the response by management regarding my complaint When I previously requested copies of the letters that were "supposedly" sent out to the property, I did not receive one and now two have been produced How do I not know that these copies were manufactured in an effort to resolve my complaint and show that I was complicit in my vehicle being towed by not having the proper sticker Again, the parking sticker that was on my vehicle and still in my possession, was the only one that was ever issued to me I have only been a resident of Ashford Santa Cruz for months as of Dec 1, and whatever other information I've been asked to provide or change, I was complicit There was no reason for this tow and I resent the apartment manager's tone that they weren't responsible They were responsible for making sure I had the proper sticker and they did not I was never formally (or informally) informed of any such changes The apartment complex has resolved not to refund the cost of my tow and I will pursue further action; therefore, I do not accept this response Regards, [redacted]

Regarding the complaint of the resident not getting sufficient notice regarding the change in the parking stickers, I've
attached a copy of the notices that were sent outThe
notices were put on all of the residents doorsIt was the resident's
responsibility to come to the office for the new stickersI'm sorry that the resident feels she did not receive enough notice,
but we will not be refunding the amount of the tow service or giving a concession for that amountPlease feel free to contact

This property tow people's vehicle and cares less how it will affect the tenant or that tenants family.
