Review: I purchased a firm mattress that I laid on in the store. The mattress delivered to my home was not that mattress. My husband called for four weeks, because he was supposed to remove our old mattress. He wrote this on the receipt. He kept making excusing and we had to pay out of pocket to rent a truck to take the mattress to the landfill.
This business is not honest and ethical, because he did not give me the mattresses I paid for.
And he did not keep his part of the contract to remove the old mattress.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back so that I can buy a mattress that is firm enough so that I do not wake up with back pains. This appears to be a re-coiled mattress. I did not want this type of mattress. He would not talk to us for weeks. So both my husband and I want on separate occasions to ask him why he was not making good on his receipt/contract. I would also like for his company to pay the $45 we had to pay to move the mattress away.
