[redacted] of Ashland Construction Company is sending Bid Notices to [redacted] Services, LLC via fax. Heritage does not do work in N.C. Mr. [redacted] was sent an email and a letter advising him of that fact, and that we do not want to receive any more faxes with N.C. Bid information. Despite the written request, Mr. [redacted] just sent another Bid Request. This uses up our paper and our staff time. This has been going on about a month and a half.Desired SettlementWant Mr. [redacted] to stop sending us Bid Notices for work in North Carolina.
