Review: Ashlee Reid did a photo session for me on October 10th, 2014. I ordered my pictures on November 24th, 2014. As of today, April 13th, 2015, I have still not received my pictures. The total price I paid her was $232 which I can prove with my credit card statement. I have tried calling her, text messaging her (usually our communication means) and sending her mail messages. She stated it was a problem with the delivery so she had the package sent to her house. She sent me a message on Saturday April 4th stating she had the pictures and wanted to know when we could meet so I could pick them up. After multiple attempts to get a hold of her, I have been unsuccessful. I have waited over 6 months for the pictures and have paid for them and haven't received anything and she will not return my messages or my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the pictures or a refund.

Review: We scheduled an appointment with Ms. Ashlee R[redacted] F[redacted] R[redacted] for our family portrait. To reserve a date with her she required a deposit and the full price was $100 which I paid in full through squareup.com on 8/27/2015 at 1:01PM which I have a receipt for. We wanted pictures outside for fall and the few dates we had scheduled it rained each day. I have tried contacting her by sending her messages, leaving voice messages for her, messages through facebook and she responded once saying she would mail me the deposit which has never been received. I simply want a refund of $100.00.Desired Settlement: We want the $100.00 refunded to us.

Review: We scheduled an appointment with Ms. R[redacted] for our son's first year birthday pictures. She required a deposit to hold the date for the services. Since the full price wasn't much different then the deposit I paid the full $75 for the service. She wanted to take the photos outside & the first two dates we scheduled it ended up raining so we rescheduled. We finally got a day scheduled that was a beautiful day. We showed up but she didn't. We called a few times and left messages that went straight to voicemail. We called numerous times after the day we were to get pictures & she didn't respond. My husband sent her a message on Facebook which she said she would call me that day. That call never came. My husband then asked for a refund. She asked for our address to send out the check. It has been weeks & now she won't even answer the messages we send through Facebook.Desired Settlement: We would like the $75 refunded to us.

Review: I had boudoir photography done in March. I was told 2 weeks to receive the finished photos including the book of photos. Every time I contacted Ashlee I was told it was shipping and I would have it the following week. That time came and went and I contacted her again and got the same story. After the third time of contacting her I was told it would be shipped and I would have it in 3 days and was also getting a free session. After not receiving my photos I attempted to call, text and message her personally as well as via her business accounts and have been ignored since. These photos were very personal.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for what I paid for the photos.
