I thought that being a repeat customer, I would have a good experience, but that has not been the case We had newborn pictures taken approximately weeks ago from a flash sale I had purchased We have yet to see a sneak peak or get the final product In the newborn guide it says you will receive a sneak peak in week and the pictures within 2-weeks, neither of which has happened I texted a few times with no response, sent a couple messages through FB messenger, and even called and tried to leave a voicemail but her voicemail is full I finally got a message back over a week ago with some excuse that she swears she never got my messages and that they had been out of town without cell service, but had lots of galleries to upload in the next day or so, one of which was mine Well, here we are, another days later and still no pictures What is even more aggravating is the fact that she does post some sneak peaks and I see that some of these customers had their babies AFTER mine and they already have their pictures This business is poorly run, between the lack of communication and failure to complete the service that people have already paid for It's just frustrating that I keep getting emails for "flash sales" and "mini sessions" when all I really want is my newborn pictures A sweet lady with good demeanor and great work when she does pull through, but the wait is overrated

As a person, Ashley is very sweetAs a businesswoman, improvements must be madeHer promise upon full payment (which is required before you receive your gallery of photos) is that newborn sessions will receive a sneak peek within a week and your gallery of photos back within 2-weeksWe paid $dollars, received a sneak peek a whole month later, and we have yet to get our gallery of photos backIt’s been almost two months since our sessionI sent an email inquiring about our session and wondering about a sneak peek a few weeks after the session and received no responseI sent a second message via Facebook at weeks post session, and received a response days later promising the gallery within a couple of daysA whole week has passed, and I still havent received photos or any messages with updatesWe are extremely disappointed with turn around time and lack of communicationIf you want pictures back in a timely manner choose a photographer that provides a signed contractWe have learned our lesson!
