Wish I would have read all these complaints before purchasing Their Facebook page is loaded with them as well as people asking why all the negative comments are being deleted Ordered December 6th for Christmas present for my Daughter Have received only more solicitation to purchase more emails and no product Calling my credit company to have the charge removed ! I ordered a bracelet from this company on November Their website stated that orders would ship within 3-business days By December 15, I had heard nothing from them I tried to contact them through email, phone, FB messenger, etcover times In the last times, I contacted them, I stopped asking for an update on may order, but instead asked for a refund It wasn't until I filed a dispute through my credit card company that I was issued a refund
They don't respond to inquiries, they removed the option to leave reviews on their Facebook page, and they delete negative comments on their FB page as well
If there was going to be delays on my shipping, I should have been notified in a proper time frame I should also be able to reach customer service to inquire about my purchase
No one answers the customer service number! It has been over a month and still have not received my order or am able to contact to get a refund! This company has no problem taking your money without providing your items!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an order on nov 24. I received an email on dec 5 stating that my order would be partially shipped that week. as of today, I have NOT received any merchandise ordered or shipping information. I finally received an email yesterday that it would be shipping within 10 days, and I sent multiple emails and Facebook messages asking them to CANCEL my order with no response.
Highley disappointed with Ashley bridgets customer service. I ordered one of her bracelets for a Christmas gift at the beginning of December... got an email a few weeks later that they were backed up on orders but all would be complete by Christmas. Here I am 3 days before Christmas no bracelet and no word from Ashley or customer service. I emailed her over the weekend asking about my order and got an automated email stating what I already know about the back order.

I was guaranteed that my items would arrive by Christmas and ordered on December 5, 2016. Ordered 10 bracelets as gifts and were charged right away instead of when they shipped. Three days later I received an email saying my order would be delayed and that as items were available they would ship. One week prior to Christmas we didn't hadn't heard anything about the order shipping so I emailed and called customer service. On the phone we were not able to reach a person and had to leave a voicemail (never received a call back) and we received the same generic email from previous about orders being delayed. Needless to say it is now January and we have still not received the items. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. They have deleted all of the negative feedback from their social media accounts even though they continue to be sponsored on Facebook. Horrible business and I would say terrible customer service but there isn't any. This company should not be allowed to do business.
