recommendation on our quality and service of the flooring product and workmanship. At the time we attended their residence our installer was not aware of the seam lifting as he was there to fix damage they caused to their lino. They phoned our office after our first visit to let us know about this seam lifting. We have told the customer we would fix the seam that was lifting. There is a 2 year warranty on installation and the product that was installed carries a 6 year residential warranty. The seam will be taken care of on May 26/16 as a courtesy to the customer as the 2 year installation warranty has expired. [redacted]

[redacted] We were happy with the product and install in the beginning, but unfortunately there was a small problem in the workmanship that showed up later. It was a warranty problem and professionally it should have being handled as such. For such a small and inexpensive repair over the cost we invested this could of being handled more Business like. The repairs were done and were happy that this problem has now being taken care of.
