Ashley Furniture Homestore - Bend OR

Store sales associate told me that my credit would not be ran for forniture I was looking at. She stated they run a thing called proggressive that allows the furniture to be ordered but gives us 3 months to pay for it. I said several times and multiple trips to store I am buying a home and cant have my credit ran. I said do not do this if it will affect my credit. I was told that day I was not approved for this progressive that she didnt know why. 4 days later I have a new credit card on my credit. Called them and was told my credit was so great it automatically approved me for credit. I did not sign anything allowong this only the progressive account.

I went to the Ashley Home store in Tacoma Washington at the end of March 2019. I ended up spending almost $4,000 on a couch and dining room set that was set to be delivered on April 27th 2019 approximately a month later. The 26th I've received a phone call confirming the order and that 10 pieces were in the order and that my order was complete and would be shipped on the 27th as originally scheduled.
The morning of the 27th I was called by the delivery company they stated that their truck had broke down and that my delivery would be rescheduled for the following day. There was really nothing I can do about it so I agreed. On the 28th I received a phone call from the delivery driver stating he was 10 minutes out. When he showed up half of my order was missing. I literally received half of a sectional.

I was told that they were on backorder with no estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind I had ordered these items a month before and was also never informed that anything was on backorder. I now have to wait another almost two weeks for the rest of my sectional to show up. As of this moment I have no furniture except for half of a sectional in my new house.

So not only did I not get my furniture delivered on the date that it stated but I also only got half my order. Basically I spent $4,000 on some furniture and delivery fees and every single part since has been a mess.

not only did I spend $4,000 on my furniture but I also went back and spent another $2,000 on a loveseat for my parents. So in the last month I have spent almost $6,000 at Ashley furniture and I'm so disappointed that I now have no furniture for my new house.
