We were given a delivery day which was too long to begin with but when the furniture was not delivered upon that date we enquired about it and were told that our items were not even and stock we placed our order July 12 and to this date it has not been delivered when we try to get a refund they told us that that was against their policy and we have not received any further conversation or exclamation to when we would be receiving R items
