complaint, we have reached out to the retail location regarding the refund.  We apologize that it is taking so long for the refund.  Our Finance department cannot process the refund until the retail location has processed it on their end and sent over the necessary papers for it.  The retail location has completed that and our Finance department is working on getting this completed.  For the inconveniences we can send out a $100.00 gift card to the Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. complaint, we have reached out to the retail location.  They did look into the sale and have reached out to [redacted].  They advised that all items were ordered correctly and referred [redacted] to Tempur Pedic. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear. I am still not satisfied with the situation. Ashley has not responded to my request to address the wall damage and the discount. They routinely off discounts as much as 25% or more to other customers so I'm not sure why they feel it's okay for my transaction to take four months. I have been told by 2 employees, one at customer service and also Ashley at the store that [redacted]'s manager will contact me but she/he has made no attempt to do so. Also I would like to return the bar stools since they aren't tall enough for a bar. My voicemail is working. The Revdex.com can try calling it if you wish.  All they seem to do is blame me for all their operational problems. I'm still waiting to contacted by [redacted]'s manager or higher since I was promised this twice now. The transaction has now been 4 months in length.Thanks,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have been sleeping on the floor for almost a month since this the delivery.  The store manager [redacted] had no care about customer service I heard he say to one of the sales person its all about numbers and accepting a return would look bad. Upon receiving the bed I immediately went to the store and spoke with the sales person and the manager that I was dissatisfied with the quality of this bed. I was told by the store to not sleep on it while its in dispute.The mattress hasn't been slept on or touched. If I had known that  it would be this hard to return something to Ashley Furniture I would had told the delivery guys not to remove the plastic. There is nothing wrong with the mattress has for a just looking at it. I almost feel like ordering a mattress from Ashley furniture is like we finally sold a mattress. I have since bought the same mattress but in a king from Ashley furiture and hopes that this will be resolved. If I can get this resolved I will contact your local new station and mines

The customer was offered a discount on the bed or the opportunity to return the bed for a refund. The customer chose to return the bed. The bed is scheduled to be picked up on Saturday 6/25/16. This matter has been resolved.

Not sure what to put here.  I did respond to the Ashley furniture about texting via text my reference number and pictures of the damage but I haven't heard from anyone since.  I did this on Wednesday morning 9am.

is satisfactory to me.  Received a phone call from the store that they would be picking up the mattress on 9/10/2017, I thanked them. The mattress has been picked up by a third party sent by them.

[redacted]All I would like is for Ashley Furniture to come and pick up the furniture and refund my money, I did not do anything out of contract, Ashley is not honoring the contract of refund. The manager [redacted] is not even telling the truth when he stated that they reach out numerous times calling me, shame on you [redacted] if that's your excuse for not doing your job as manager Ashley is going down the wrong path, he never once return my phone call or no one from the store including the corporate cp as never called me. I can give you a copy of my phone record to prove that [redacted] or no one called my number. I was the only person calling all the phone numbers to resolve this issue and still could not get any help. It's very simple come and pick up your defective furniture and refund my money, I'm available anytime of the day for the pick up.

We contacted our customer earlier today and agreed on a resolution together.
