items.  The items will be picked up from
the customer on 4/29/15 and the refund will be initiated.  The funds are processed back to the customer
in the form of payment used to make the purchase.  It may take 1-2 bill cycles to fully be
noticeable on any credit card or financing transactions.

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for sharing our customer's response with us.Our customer's merchandise is not available for delivery at this time. We have provided the best ETA that the manufacture has available. We understand that our customer is not satisfied with this ETA, however we have no agency to speed the manufacturing and supply process. Our customer received a $300.00 discount under the promotion her purchase was made under.  We are willing to offer $300.00 in store credit to choose other merchandise, if she would like. If our customer is still dissatisfied with this offer, we are willing to cancel the purchase and refund monies paid toward this purchase.Thank you again, for bringing this to our attention.Sincerely,[redacted]

The customer purchased furniture 2 years ago. Their manufacturer warranty expired after their first contact to report and concerns with their furniture. As a courtesy the company sent a furniture tech to inspect the furniture. The tech reported that there were 2 cushions that needed to be replaced...

and since the customers manufacturer warranty expired the company as a courtesy replaced the cushions. The Company has replaced the customers cushions on 3 separate occasions as a courtesy despite the customer warranty expiring.

situation, we do apologize but we will not be able to send the requested feet.  The feet being requested are those of the Chest of Drawers.  Those are not the same feet that were used in the bed set when it was designed.  By altering the design of the bed set, it will void any further manufacturing warranty on the bed.  Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]We never moved and the store manager Along  with the sales associate knew where we lived and stated it's not a problem. We lived here since the time of purchase and your sales team and store manager understood and still gave us the warranty foe our furniture. We would like foe our tables to be replaced they are still under warranty. The sides are peeling off the living room table and the kitchen table has bubbles appearing on top. Very poor quality we didn't pay to have a useless warranty and we ensured several times that we still have a warranty due to our location and it was confirmed. You promised and now not following through. That to me is horrible and dishonest of your company you guys need to honor your promise and warranty.

claim, we have reached out to upper management at our retail store. They have advised that they have spoken to Ms. [redacted], and advised that it would be best way to resolve this would be to order the parts, and schedule a technician. The parts have been ordered, and they shipped out today. We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted], and we have scheduled a technician to install the parts on April 5th. We have allowed the consumer to reselect.  Once the items have been replaced, there will no longer be coverage on the new items.  We have fulfilled the obligation of the protection.  There cannot be any additional coverage on the new set.

We have attempted to reach our customer recently on the 29th and again today the 1st. Our customers phone does not allow messages to be left. Our store has processed a refund.

out to the store the customer purchased from. The manager at that store stated they will be fixing the customers financing terms today to be the 48 month financing terms. The store apologizes for the long wait in getting this corrected but assured me that it would be fixed for the customer.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I do not believe that is enough. We were guaranteed delivery on 10/4/16. This did not happen. We wanted to take the piece we ordered home. This did not happen. We trusted what the sales associate said. If we were not gauranteed this delivery date. We would not have gotten rid of the old set and we wouldn't be going through all of this. We have lost out on additional seating in our living room. We chose this specific sectional because it fit our awkward living room layout. And it's very frustrating to have the opposite layout. I feel that Ashley Furniture can at least provide the minimal compensation I am requesting (Value of the rug).

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The statements provided by the store are entirely untrue. They made no attempt to pick up the furniture on 2 separate occasions. The phone calls they are speaking of WERE returned per phone records. My husband and I both work full time and are unable to answer the phone at 10AM, but the calls were returned within a few hours at most. We had to contact the warehouse and the store to do their job for them. We were NEVER verbally abusive and I take extreme offense to that statement. I am disgusted by the way they do "business". The home to which they said they went to was an address we have not resided at for 3 years and was updated in the store on the date of the purchase. The refund was processed on 8/17/16 as I have the paperwork to prove it. The furniture was picked up today because I personally spoke with the warehouse and the store to coordinate, not the other way around. [redacted] and [redacted] never upheld their word regarding how they were going to rectify the situation. I will be sure to spread the word to not purchase from such a horrible company with no customer service, but from the comments it doesn't look like I am the only one who feels this way.
