We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with the resolution offered. In regards to the advisement of where this was manufactured, we do not have any records or notes indicating that this was advised at the time of purchase and the sales associate states he did not advise him that this was made in Mississippi.   According to our records, the Reclining Power Sofa was delivered to your home on 03/07/17. The terms and conditions on the back of your signed sales invoice does state our return policy which states we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges. Our terms also explain that items accepted into the home that are reported damaged within 72 hours will be offered a courtesy technician. Our records indicate that you signed agreeing that you read and understood these terms and conditions. We have attached a copy of that document.   Please understand that due to the nature in which furniture products are used, we do not allow returns/exchanges. Once the product is in the home, we have no control over the home environment. We did however offer to send a technician to correct any issues you had with the Reclining Power Sofa as outlined in our policy.   Our Store Management understood your dissatisfaction with your experience and did attempt to accommodate you further outside of our normal policy by offering a re-select to any item in our store at an equal or greater value. The re-select credit is applicable on all items, not just sofas. We will not be able to offer a return but we would be more than happy to exchange the current piece out or allow you to re-select to anything you’d like. The customer has a furniture technician scheduled to go to their home today and if the technician is unable to fix the furniture to the customer’s satisfaction they will be doing a full replacement for the items in question.
The customer was satisfied with this answer and would be waiting for the technician to arrive today.

and help ensure the satisfaction of our customers.  In order to use a store credit from 2012, there is a process we must work through to ensure it is correctly applied to a transaction. On 12/4/14 (the day before the Revdex.com submitted this claim) our store completed that process and prepared a transaction which uses the store credit described by our customer.  Our customer paid an additional charge for the difference of the new purchase.  The sale is currently scheduled to be delivered on 12/22/14.  As a gesture of good will toward our customer we have not charged for the delivery service to be preformed.  Please let us know if there is missing information we should be aware of, our customers satisfaction is important. Thank you for updating on us on Mr. [redacted]’s complaint.  We have once again reached out to the retail location Mr. [redacted] purchased from.  We do apologize, but $200.00 is what is being offered as compensation, we feel this is an adequate amount for the troubles Mr. [redacted] has gone thru.  We also apologize to Mr. [redacted] regarding the damage product, however we can certainly assist with that and send one of our Furniture Technicians out for repair of that table.  We invite Mr. [redacted] to contact our Customer Service Center at ###-###-#### to schedule that technician service. Worst experience I've ever had trying to get a purchase delivered correctly. Sales rep ordered the parts wrong twice. After 6 weeks still no delivery, went to manager & asked for refund who talked me into giving them one more chance to deliver correctly. Today was 2nd attempt since talking to manager & delivery still brought wrong rails for the bed. I have a mattress on the floor for my child to sleep on & 6 parts of the bed frame propped against the wall because it can't be put together without the rails & slats. Originally ordered this on Oct. 20. It is now Dec 17. Husband is on his way to store to try to talk to manager again who has not called him back since leaving a msg for him to call this morning. Needless to say zigs I'll never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again.

Everything has been handled on our side.  The customer was refunded and a check was mailed for the damages.  I guess the consumer can keep rejecting the response as much as they'd like, but we have done our part.

Robert there is not enough information in the complaint to follow up on the invoice and original prices of the furniture.  Please send additional information. What was the original price?  Most of the Ashley Product carries a 1 year manufacturer warranty, some pieces after longer for...

mechanisms and frames.  The warranty for accidents is for 5 years.   Thank you.

the technician from SAW came out on Saturday at 6:04pm. He inspected the furniture pieces and took pictures for Bibi, I asked him if leather couches peal, he stated that leather couches do not peal. When I purchased these pieces I was told these were in fact leather. I paid extra money to make sure these were good quality and I'm told these are not what I purchased. I also asked him if these can be repair he said they usually try to repair them but the success isn't great. Bibi contacted me today and ordered to come fix the pieces. I declined, I want what I paid for. I have asked Bibi for her higher up to call me in case they have questions for me. Again, we are going on two months with no resolution.
