Purchased bedroom suite , was told adjustable mattress would fit in, they put it on top making bed over 3ft high and have not replaced
Purchased bedroom suite 1/1/20. Was told by the sales girl that our adjustable mattress would fit into storage drawers. Delivered 2/1/20. I did not see until 2/8/20 as I am working out of state. The metal adjustable part is ON TOP of the wood above the storage drawers , making the bed over 3 ft tall.
I called the Findlay store 2/8, the girl on the phone said it was not their problem, to call the distribution center in Bowling Green. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told she would see if she was busy. She then got on the phone, not wanting to give me her name, I had to ask for it twice. *** then told me that it was the installers fault and said that their adjustable mattresses fit into these storage shelves. I sent her emails the same day with pictures and told her that I wanted whatever the mattress would fit into. I also called the distribution center and talked to ***. *** emailed me back 2/10 saying they would order the panel bed. I emailed her 2/26 asking when we would get a delivery with no response. I then called *** 2/28 and sent him all of the emails I had sent and recieved from ***. He told me she would contact me or he would the same day. No response. I have emailed them every single day after that and have gotten no response. Sale number ***, paid with credit card .

Desired Outcome

I would like the panel bed so that we dont have to jump to get into bed, a refund of the price difference and no delivery fee as stated in my first email to her.

We spoke to this customer yesterday and her new panel bed is on order and scheduled for delivery on 3-16-20. We will also be refunding the difference and there will be no additional delivery charge. I believe everyone is on the same page now. Thank you

I want what they say will happen, but so far, they have not lived up to delivering anything they have promised. When I have the furniture and refund, I will close this.

As stated in 1st response this customer is scheduled for delivery which was set up with the customer for March 16th. The customer will be completely satisfied per her request on that date.

As of today at 1:36 pm on March 9th, I have still not received my confirmation email of delivery on March 16th.. I even provided them with a second email , as they said they could not email my direct email address...

Ashley issued me a credit of $350 or so to redeem at the store cause montage company didn't replace my scratched . They canceled my credit and took it
I had purchased a dining table in March 2015 and purchase protection plan with Ashley store lI had some scratches on the table and one of the chairs . I called Montage company to report ed the issue , they asked me when this issue occurred I said about a month as a half ago , they said it is not covered because I haven't reported it within 30 days when it occurred then they sent me an email that had the terms and conditions which was never sent to me or been told about in any document. I reported this to Ashley and they issued me a store credit of $ 350 or so to redeem if I want to buy any item from Ashley . I called Ashley today to ask about this credit and the lady at customer service stated that there is nothing in the system showed that I had any credit . Apparently They don't keep what they have on their system for the customer and they took this credit back. I report this to Revdex.com . Never trust Ashley , I will never purchase anything from them . What matters is not the purchasing process , after purchasing your items is what matters the most, transparency and following up , keeping the customers complaints history and the resolution in the system without deleting them is what I call trust
Never trust them . They are just liars. I purchased all my furniture from Ashley store locates in 1520 spring meadows dr , Holland, Ohio. Be careful never purchase from Ashley and I recommend *** , *** cares about their customes' Satisfaction, they go above and beyond to guarantee that their customers are satisfied not only during the purchase process but also after purchasing your items .

Desired Outcome

I want my credit back cause I have never used it and they deleted it from the system . The employee I spoke to on 12/09/2019 stated that I only have $59 if I don't use my warranty . Where is the credit that was issued for me few years ago?

We will be reaching out to this customer again as we have checked all past purchase history as all transactions are stores in our computer system from day 1 and we see no credit for this customer that is available at this time.

Was told would get warranty money back
February 12 2017 purchased a sectional and told salesperson we didn't want warranty. But they went ahead and added 150.. to our purchased. And was told after two years we would get the money back. Well the first part of March I contacted them and they told me it was four years and then it would be a in store credit. And now they say they have a contract stating that. Which I did not receive at the time of purchase. And it is my money why should I get a in store credit. I just want my money back like I was told.

I want my 150.00 back like I was told. No in store credit

We have always offered an extended protection plan for our customers but in saying that it has always been a 4 year plan that is purchased by the customer and then we offer an additional benefit that if the customer never has to make a claim on their furniture in the 4 years they will receive the entire amount that they paid for the protection plan back as an in-store credit that can be used towards any purchase. I find it odd that the customer states that they did not want to purchase this protection plan but paid for it and never said anything about it until 2 years later when they thought they were supposed to receive their money back. We also print out a "Dont use it, Dont loose it" certificate and staple it to the back of every customers invoice at the time of sale that spells out that if a claim is not made within the 4 years the customer will receive a full instore credit for the purchase price of the protection plan.

For one was told two year. And my husband and I both heard that. And did not know they added to our purchase price until got home looking at receipt. For another there is nothing on our receipt about use it or loose it. I have the original receipt just like I got it yesterday. And was not told it would be for a in store credit. And it's not odd if I was told two years y would I be asking about it two years later. I am tired of actually being called a liar in so many words. I know what I was told that's why I ask about it. It is a rip off for them to keep money for nothing

I mMade a purchase of furniture in August and by and by October still had not received all of my furniture when I notified the store.
When I notified the store to let them know that 2 months was unacceptable they told me there was nothing they could do.

Desired Outcome

It has been two months that I've been waiting for my furniture and I'm still waiting to receive my furniture. Ashley has not tried to give any type of apology any type of store credit any type of compensation I've had to rent chairs because I didn't have furniture for 3 weeks.
