Furniture was unsuccessfully delivered and company will not take my call to resolve issues.
I purchased furniture on December 27, 2018. It was delivered on January 22, 2019, however the delivery people were not able to get it in the house and they returned it the store and stated that someone would contact me. Then on the 25th I contacted the store and was not able to talk to the manager nor my sales associate. I called back and the manager was still not there, and I called back several times and I could not get an answer. Later in the day I called and spoke to someone and at that point I told her I would not be calling back and asked her to please have the manager or sales associate to call me regarding this issue. As of today, January 31st, I still have not heard from anyone. After I contacted Revdex.com, I made another attempt to call Ashley's Furniture, I spoke with someone and explained to her about the problem regarding my furniture. I told her I needed to talk to someone today. I talked with her her for 3 minutes and 42 seconds, then I was placed on hold, after 18 minutes and 40 seconds the call ended, and no one ever called back.

Desired Outcome

I would like for my furniture to be delivered and placed in my house. Please help me resolve this issue with my furniture. I do not want a refund, I just want my furniture.

Customer was contacted by her salesperson today and is coming in to reselect other items with her store credit hopefully on Wednesday this week. She was also given the salesperson's private cell number for future.

This matter has not been resolved. I went to the store on Saturday and as of today, Wednesday February 13th, I am still waiting for them to credit my card. I received a follow up call on Sunday but have not heard back.

Customer's credit card was refunded on 2/13/19. It usually take 3-7 days for the banks to show the credit on the account. We have no control over this.

As of today February 19, 2019 my credit card has been credited for the full amount.

Have been promised refund and on more than one occasion. Have not received it and cannot locate anyone to refund product that we have already paid
I purchased product 8/19/18 , was promised delivery on 10/22 and then told it would be second week on November. I called that week and was told it was not in and they would have product and delivery week after thanksgiving. I AGAIN called that week and was told it was not in and I then talked with manager and he said he had 1 left with 4 of 6 chairs and we could have it 12/1/18. We were called 11/29/18 and told that they have none of our product. I went up to store in macon, ga and was told we could not get refund there and was giving number for person handling refunds. I called that day and A WEEK later got a hold of someone and said they did not handle that. Went up to store that day 12/7/18 and talked with another manager and told we would receive refund next day 12/8/18 , credited back to credit card used. Manager called 12/8/18, got info for credit back and was told it would be 3 days and be there on our card. Today , 12/12/18, called bc refund is not back on card and was told that it was in the mail. I have been trying get someone to give me answers. No one will answer or call back. If we do not receive a call , I will be taking legal avtion.

Experienced issues concerning delivery of purchased furniture and lack of customer service on two separate orders.
Order #1
I purchased a mattress set and bed frame from Ashley Furniture with delivery scheduled for Oct. 10th...I received a call with a delivery time on the day before delivery when the scheduled delivery date arrived my time for delivery was changed three times on the day. When the deliverers finally showed up they were missing screws for the rails in which they told me they would need to go back to the warehouse to retrieve those screws and that it wouldn't be long before they returned (the warehouse is 5 min from my apartment) 3 hours laters they returned (after calling the warehouse to find out what was going on) with the screws but were still missing the support piece needed in the center of the bed in which I was told they would come by on Oct. 11th with the missing piece. The frame contained scratches everywhere in which I took pictures and took them by Ashley Furniture and explained about the missing piece and staples needed in the bottom of the box spring (I gave this update in front of the store manager and not once did not he acknowledge that I was there or issue an apology). I was told that I would get a brand new bed by one of the ladies at the front desk who took my complaint. I had to call Ashley Furniture on multiple occasions for updates on the new bed and when it would be arriving. I received the new bed and a new box spring but the support piece is still missing.

Despite the issues I experienced in my first order, I decided to order a sofa with loveseat set I was told that the furniture was in the warehouse and delivery could be expected in two weeks. I called the company at the two week mark on Jan 25th and they stated that the truck had not arrived at the facility but could be expected on the 27th or the 30th and that I would be called to schedule a delivery date. I did not receive a call on those dates so I called on the 31st and they stated that my order was in but delivery could not be scheduled until the following week..in which I asked to speak to the manager. She explained that she would speak to the manger as they were not in the store at the time and give me a call back. When she returned my call she stated that my furniture could be delivered on the Feb. 2nd. I received a delivery estimate or 1-4 pm...at 3pm I called the store to request a delivery estimate and explained that I was scheduled for work and would be leaving my apartment at 6pm in which she reassured me that my furniture would be delivered by that time. As I was leaving for work around 6pm the deliverer called to state he would be arriving shortly in which I told him that was unnecessary as I was leaving my apartment at that time. I called the company after going back and forth and she stated that since someone cancelled their delivery on Feb 3rd they could deliver my furniture on Sat and that my delivery fee would be refunded. When I returned the call they stated the slot had been filled and I would need to wait until the following week for delivery. I have yet to receive my furniture or a call from the store manager

The multiple messages left by the store manager have not
addressed the issue at hand or my refund only of when they can schedule a delivery after almost a whole month of not receiving my furniture. They are attempting to skirt over the fact that I have asked for a full refund to be issued after having issues with this company for the second time when it comes to items I have purchased through them.

purchase furniture from Ashley Furniture had to be ordered and took a month to come but I had to reach out to Ashley furniture to receive status
I had to reach out to company for status of delivery spoke with the manger who said her would call me back about my issue he did not reach out to me the next day and I called again on delivery day because of back customer service from delivery person and spoke with Ashley who said she would call me the next day she did not so I called and was informed they would give me a 150.00 give card to Ashley Furniture my response was why would I want to spend $1 with you when you have given me such bad customer service no thank you.

I would like 150.00 but not in a Ashley gift card in a visa card where I can spend somewhere else other thank Ashley Furniture

Ashley Furniture offered a 100.00 refund for the issue resolution. Do not want to continue with the disagreement so I accepted the offer which went from 150.00 to 100.00 and has left me in the same state of mind I will never do business with them again

I ordered furniture Nov 2017 that was supposed to be delivered by 7 Dec. I have not received the furniture.
24 November 2017 I ordered furniture from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Macon. I also paid an additional $150 to have the furniture delivered to Louisiana from a partner store. The estiamted delivery was set for 7 December. I told them that I would be traveling to Louisiana for the holidays (18 Dec - 4 Jan) and wanted to know if they local Louisiana store could hold it until then. I was also told that it would not be an issue and I would be contacted prior delivery. While in Louisiana, I was never contacted or notified of any delays. I attempted to call the store when I returned to Georgia, but the number rang like a fax machine. I tried multiple times with the same result. I then called the Revdex.com Friday, 19 January to explain my issue and provided information on the store. I was informed of the complaint submission process. I elected to file my complaint online. Surprisingly, a couple of hours later, I received a call from the Macon store. I called them back and was told by my sales rep (***) that they could deliver the furniture Friday (I am assuming 26 January). I told her that I no longer wanted the furniture since it was now at least a month past the delivery date (and nearly 2 months after purchase date). She said that I would have to talk to their manager about it. I told her I had no problem with that and asked if I could talk to him at that time. She said she would get him to call me back since he was at the warehouse. I never received a call back. At this point, I simply want a refund. Additional info on the purchase are below.

Ordered dining room set & was suppose to have by early December, now being told it will be January 2018. I was mislead that it would be ready.
Purchase made November 16, 2017 & pick up plan was for late November to early December. I have placed calls for weeks now leaving messages to speak with a manager. I never received any return calls. Stopped by store & spoke with sales rep *** who stated two deliveries were coming in on December 13 & I would be called later that same day. Never received call so I called store only to be told it will be January 2018. I went back to store but Manager *** had already left. I was told to call back first thing 12/14, did so & manager was on morning conference call. Left message to have him call. Did not receive call so I called back & manager was gone to warehouse. Asked for number to warehouse & finally spoke to manager who states prior to yesterday he never knew of my issue. I am still being told it looks like January before my merchandise will be available. Purchase was made in preparation for family gathering for 12/25. What are my options as I ran my credit for this purchase. If I cancel order it will still be on my credit which may possible affect trying to make purchase else where.

Desired Outcome

I either need my purchase before Christmas or I need a refund & for inquiry to be removed from credit & account to be closed.

I received my loaner dining room set on Tuesday December 19 which I had to call multiple times to get a delivery time estimate for. The delivery time was later than promised but that was okay until they arrived with only 5 chairs after I explicitly told Mr. that I needed 6 chairs. Of course by the time if was delivered Mr. was already gone for the day. I know that Mr. knee this all day & did not even have the courtesy to call me & say I only have 5 chairs. I am still very dissatisfied with this entire encounter up to this point.

I finally received my complete dining room set. I am now waiting to hear back from Mr. about adjusting my bill for all of the inconvenience that I have had over the past 2+ months.
