we ordered a couch 3 months ago and it continues to be delayed with a simple "it's being pushed back." We paid $2,500 for.this furnitire and it has been a disaster. The clich took over 2 months to get in (after several delays) and still haven't received the sofa.
The store does not answer their phone. It rings, rings, and rings. Then, once you are on hold they will just hang up on you. You cannot get any answers on your product. EXTREMELY frustrating.

I am rejecting this response because: it had been almost 3 weeks and we still have not received our money. There has been no money put into our account. So now we have no couches and no money.
