Review: Our builder refuses to honor our 1-year new home warranty. We recently had a leak from both of the showers. We submitted the required warranty paperwork to the builder via email, us mail and to his attorney. The builder stated that he will not fix our leaks and damage to our ceiling. He also has not fixed 3 other issues that his representative said would be corrected from our closing last November.Desired Settlement: We would like to hire our own contractor to repair the outstanding warranty claims and the leaking showers. We would like a full refund for all out of pocket expenses associated with these repairs. We also would like the builder to buy a 3rd party warranty for us to cover any future repairs that are covered under the warranty paperwork that we received from him under the purchase agreement.

Review: Home builder is not responding to repeated attempts to contact them concerning a leak in the master bathroom. Whilst the home is now outside the one year warranty period, this issue was brought to Ashely's attention within the warranty period. He made attempted to fix the issue, and the fix seemed to work at first. The bathroom is leaking once again and we have not been able to use it for over a month. There is now extensive damage to the sub-floor under the shower and sheetrock in our kitchen. We also have an ant problem in the problem area that is spreading throughout the house.Desired Settlement: While we would like to hire our own contractor to fix the problem once and for all and receive full reimbursement. However, we are not opposed to Ashely fixing the problem provided it is fix to our satisfaction in a timely fashion and guaranteed for at least one year from the date of completion.
