We bought what appeared to be a good couch from Ashley furniture, but after a few weeks, it has gotten really uncomfortable.
We bought a ashley furniture couch from the Missoula store on 11/11/2019. Order number is ***, and our initial impression of the couch in the store was great. But upon receiving it and setting it up as it was our first piece of furniture upon moving from Connecticut. We decided to just "live with it". But it has gotten so uncomfortable and the distance from the back of the cushions to the edge of the front of the couch is so short we are constantly falling off. The 30 day return policy is up, so no one can "do anything" about it. So this looks very poor on the part of Ashley Furniture. Sorry!
This is the first we are hearing from this customer about any issue with the furniture she purchased. I have reached out to the customer and left a voicemail for her to see exactly what the issue is and what we can do to possibly resolve the situation.
