HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a table and they said it would take 10 weeks before delivery. We waited the 10 weeks and heard nothing. I called them and they informed me it would be another MONTH. I said that was unacceptable and they offered to give us the floor model. I didn't even ask for money off of my purchase, I simply agreed because I am without a kitchen table. They scheduled my floor model for delivery. I waited home all day and they NEVER showed up or called. When I called they again informed me that they "didn't know what happened" but I wasn't getting the table that day. At that point I was pretty upset but agreed to yet another delivery date. They never called to confirm the delivery time so I called them. The woman said to me that she didn't even have my name on her list for deliveries going out AT ALL. So today YET AGAIN I am not getting my table delivered. This is horrible customer service, horrible management and I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this company again.

Ashley Homestore delivery driver stole money directly from my wallet. The driver was acting strange and made me feel very uncomfortable from the start. Upon finishing the assembly he asked if he could use the bathroom. I didn’t realize my purse was in his view. About an hour after he left I noticed my money was missing. He had stolen $800 I was planning on using toward more furniture.
I filed a police report but Ashley does not seem fazed by any of this and have done nothing to compensate me or to remedy the situation.
People like this should not be allowed in customer’s homes! It’s not safe.
