Ordered furniture on June 1, 2020.. was told 8-10 weeks, on week 13, (after serval phone calls, holding for 30-45 mins every time) was told another 7 weeks. Cancelled my order was told 2 weeks for refund!! I am on 2 1/2 weeks!! NO REFUND and can not get any answers!!!
The refund has gone through our accounting department and guest should see the refund back to her account by the end of this week, 9/19.

I hope they misspoke.. I should be receiving a check.. I paid cash so nothing should be going into a account..
