Our records show that we did speak with the customer on 10/16/and 11/19/The initial conversation we informed the customer that he had a credit on his account and he asked that we send him the refundWe informed him that the refund would be sent to our accounting department for processing and
it can take 4-weeksWhen the customer called on 11/19/we informed him that the refund has been sent to accounting and again it takes 4-weeks to processAlso told him that it was now at the week time frame and that he will receive the refund as soon as it is completely processedWe strive to be efficient and timely with our accounts and processing all refundsUnfortunately, we have to take into consideration the weekends and holidays that we have had in between and the office is closedThe refund has been processed and the customer should be receiving it any day now at the address he verified with us on 10/16/The customer can call our office with any questions

I am rejecting this response because: I gave them until today Dec 13th, 2014 to see if what they had responded was true, ie I should be getting my refund in the next few days. However I still have not received anything from them.
