I ordered face masks from this site. The shipped it first class and the package was lost/stolen but says delivered. Yes they have a policy that once it's delivered they are not responsible BUT an investigation was done and the post office agreed that my package was lost/stolen and that I should either get a replacement or a refund and they refuse to honor. At the end of the day, policy says it's for confirmed delivered packages and mine was confirmed undelivered. What more proof do I need to get my money back'?

This order was sent via USPS first class package with tracking (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). It was confirmed delivered by USPS on 04/23/20. We also requested from USPS a search investigation which confirmed the aforementioned delivery (Email attached).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once a package is confirmed delivered by our courier, this is outlined in our policies. We understand this isn't the answer everyone can agree to, however, as a small business with very limited resources and capital, we must follow our strict policies in order to continue providing our products at affordable prices.

I have a letter from the post office saying that the package was lost and not delivered. So in this case why not just refund me or even send a courtesy package out if the post office is saying that I never received the package? I have a phone number of Ms. Thompson and the letter that she sent to me is attached. They could have insured something like that as well. So how is it my fault that the post office never delivered the package, lied and said they did but they could have insured it? I never received it and I have proof from the post office themselves saying it wasn't delivered so how was it confirmed delivered? The number to the office number of the location is XXX-XXX-XXXX and I spoke to a Ms. Thompson about it on 4/27/2020.
