Upon review of the lease documents and ledger, Mr [redacted] did not have a deposit or pet deposit listed on his lease documents or account ledger The final charges include final utility billing from December 1, thru January 10, totaling $**.**, $ [redacted] for cleaning per the lease agreement, $ [redacted] for carpet replacement, $ [redacted] for furniture removal from the patio and $ [redacted] electric transfer fee per the lease agreement The inspection was done on January 11, by the property manager at that timeWe do have photo documentation to substantiate the charges noted on the account and the final bill would have been mailed to Mr [redacted] at the address he provided the office After the account went unpaid, the charges were assigned to our collection agency in April of Mr [redacted] should contact Hunter W [redacted] at [redacted] to resolve this matterRegards, Nicole D***

Nicole called stated they had to request a copy of the documents being requestedShe stated that Mr*** is more than welcome to come by the office to get a copy and to discuss anything further

The Utility bill was billed directly to me and transferred to my current address when I movedI want them to provide me a copy of Utility Bill Provide photos of alleged patio furniture considering I never owned any such furniture then nor now Provide copy of original billing noticeIf I had received a bill after I had moved out , I would have contested the charges at that time, and not three years later Also are they sure they have the right apartment number? They were bought out by another company, because when I went back after I moved out to get my deposit back, they could not produce any paperwork then and told me to call back laterWhich I did and was told that my deposit and pet deposit went to the cleaning of the apartmentThey couldn't provide documentation then, and now I am to believe that have it now? I want to see everything that they have
