I was shopping in the Ashley Stewart Store in Southaven, Store 397 on Feb 19, 2019. I asked to use the fitting room to try on the items, there was a young lady name Nessa yelled you can go into #1 , I asked if I could use the larger fitting room due to from precious experience, fitting room #1 has a lingering odor.. Nessa frowned and made a face. Victoria open the door and let m in to try on the items. When I came out of the fitting room, I put up the items that I was not going to buy. Victoria continued to assist me with other items. As I placed my items on the register another young lady( Makayla) alone with (Nessa) was standing be hind the register. Makayla asked if I was ready to ring up, I replied Victoria was assisting me. Nessa replied with a negative comment ummm ugh. I walked away from the register and said if you have anything to say please say it to me, Nessa replied loudly , WE WEREN'T TALKING TO YOU. I came back to the register to ring up my I items and Nessa was speaking to Makayla saying she's crazy. I replied you're crazy and you need to stay in your place. Nessa told me to shut up talking to her and I told her she needs to stay in her place behind the counter because if she wasn't talking to me she shouldn't have said any thing . The conversation got pretty heat with her calling me a Bh and I replied you are a Bh little girl and you shouldn't e working here with that bad As Attitude and she said I do and there's nothing you can do about it. I said young lady I'm older enough to be your mother and she continue to say but you're not and I replied if I was I'll make sure you wouldn't ever talk to an adult in that manner because you're totally disrespectful. Victoria was continuing to tell her to be quite and she totally ignored Victoria. Nessa then invited me outside to fight me and I told her little girl this is not what you want and she then replied I get off @ 8pm, so be out there then. I turned around and said little girl you need to stay be hind that register and make 7.25 an hour and she said but you're still in here and I said I'll make sure I speak to someone about your behavior and she was continuing to mouth off saying you're not going to do anything. The customer service of this individual (Nessa Cox) in this location is horrible and not professional. I could not believe how disrespectful and nasty this person was to a buying customer and thought nothing of it. Nessa thought it was funny and ask me to leave the store. I would never and shop @ Ashley Stewart again due to that terrible Customer Service.
